Back on the J - O - B

All good things must come to an end at some point. That's right I had to actually go back to my job today. Can you believe that they made me do that? I mean I have only been on free leave since the day my son was born on the 10th. Of course I am kidding about not being able to believe it. To be honest it is kind of cool that they give me free 10 days of leave to help out my wife with the new addition. I have to say that today was actually pretty crazy. I got up around 5 like always when I have to go to work. It was pretty hard to leave with my daughter still in bed because I knew she was going to miss me today for as long as I have been home with her. However, my wife called me around 10 o'clock and said that she just then work up. To which I wanted to cry because as I said the other day in all the days I was home she never stayed in bed past 8 am. But that's ok because I know she needed her sleep cause she was in bed till late last night kicking and talking to her herself in bed last night. Anyway, yesterday before my son's doctors appointment my wife and daughter went in to drop off some props that my wife made for a photographer that we go to all the time. Well, while she was in there the lady that we normally see told my wife that she is getting ready for Xmas pictures and said she thought of me when she was thinking of people for Santa, and she thought of me. She asked my wife if I would be interested in doing it. After thinking about it I decided that I would do it. But here is the question I have.... When you are thinking about Santa what do you think of? A big fat jolly man, right? Well lets be honest, I am not exactly a jolly man. So, now in my head I am thinking how fat do people see me that someone thinks of Santa they think of you? So, needless to say I am starting running again tomorrow. Well I gotta get to bed because I gotta get to bed so I can get up tomorrow and go running.
